WLSL

June 26 – 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Join us on Thursday, June 26 for the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson at OC Waterpark. This global event raises awareness about the importance of teaching kids to swim and preventing drownings. We’re proud to be a host location for this event for the second year in a row, bringing together local safety teams to help promote awareness and preparedness both in and around the water.

Doors will open at 8:30am with informational booths from local emergency management agencies, followed by the swim lesson from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. After the lesson, guests can explore the booths and learn more about safety.

Pre-registration is required for swimmers, so make sure to sign up on our website before the event. We can’t wait to make this important day fun and educational for everyone.

School’s Out Celebration

June 27

It’s time to celebrate the end of the school year at OC Waterpark! Join us on June 27 for our School’s Out Celebration, where we give students a reason to smile after a hard year of work. Bring in an A (or A equivalent) from your report card and get 50% off admission, plus a coupon for Ben’s Pretzels to keep you fueled for all the fun ahead!

There will be face painting (12-2 pm) and glitter tattoos available to add a little extra sparkle to your day. So come make a splash with us, enjoy some awesome treats, and kick off the summer in style!

July 3 – 6

What’s more patriotic than a waterpark visit in the summer? Visit OC Waterpark July 3-6 for an all-American, hot dog feast’in, twist and turn’in summer adventure. Splash into fun all day and stick around for Ocean City’s firework celebration at 9 pm on July 4. Plus, the first 100 kids under 48” receive free waterpark admission on July 4!

Mermaid Brizo Meet and Greet

June 29

Join us for a magical Mermaid meet & greet with Mermaid Brizo on June 29! Starting at noon, Mermaid Brizo will be splashing around in the park from 12 pm – 2 pm, interacting with guests, sharing stories, and spreading mermaid magic as she floats through the water.

She’ll also be taking photos and adding even more enchantment to your day at the waterpark. Don’t miss out on the fun—come make unforgettable memories with Mermaid Brizo!

July 7

Make a splash at our exclusive Mermaid Swimming Experience! Resister for a session between 5:30–8:30 PM on either July 7 or July 21 for a magical evening where kids can dive into the world of mermaids and learn to swim with a real mermaid tail.

This unforgettable activity offers a fun and safe environment for participants of all ages to embrace their inner mermaid — all that’s needed is a quick swim test upon arrival to ensure everyone’s ready to make waves.

In addition to the mermaid magic, swimmers will also pick up valuable water safety tips along the way.

Shark Week

July 7 – 11

Make a splash at OC Waterpark during Shark Week, July 7–11! The park will feature special decorations inspired by the ocean’s most iconic predator, along with a limited-edition “Shark Bite Slushie” to help you stay cool.

Kids can take part in a shark-themed scavenger hunt happening throughout the park—complete it and earn a fun prize! Plus, the first 100 kids to arrive on the first day (July 7) will receive a shark souvenir. It’s shaping up to be an exciting week you won’t want to miss!

Bathing Suit Drive

July 14 – 21

From July 14-21, we’ll collect new bathing suits and goggles at the park. If you bring in a new, unused bathing suit or pair of goggles, you’ll receive $5 off an All-Day Ticket as our thank you for helping those in need. Let’s unite to make a splash and give back to the community.

During this special week, Santa Claus will take a break from his much-deserved summer vacation for photo ops on Tuesday and Thursday, so bring your wish lists and get ready for some festive snapshots! And to add even more magic, don’t miss a surprise visit from Elsa on Friday, bringing her icy powers and wintery charm to the park for a magical meet-and-greet. We’ll also have delicious frozen hot chocolate and other holiday treats to keep you in the festive mood. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the holiday spirit in the summer sun.

Sensory Night at the Park

August 2 – 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Join us for Sensory Night at OC Waterpark, a special evening designed for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and the special needs community. This event will provide a quieter, calmer environment with no loud music, no flashing or bright lights, and a reduced crowd to ensure a more comfortable experience for everyone.

Our friend, Mermaid Brizo, will also be there to hang out and meet the kids, adding to the fun and magic of the evening. To ensure the event remains comfortable for all attendees, registration in advance is required. It’s a great opportunity for families to enjoy the park in a sensory-friendly atmosphere, creating lasting memories in a safe and welcoming space. We look forward to welcoming you to a night of fun and relaxation!

Pirate Week

August 4 – 8

Ahoy, mateys! Pirate Week is coming to OC Waterpark from August 4-8, and it’s going to be an unforgettable adventure! Join us for a week filled with pirate fun, including epic pirate encounters on Tuesday and Thursday. Watch as pirates roam the park, causing mischief, performing daring acts, and handing out treasure!

The first 100 kids to arrive at the park on the first day (Aug 4) will score a pirate hat, so get there early! Plus, enjoy a refreshing pirate punch while you soak up the pirate vibes. Whether you’re ready to join the crew or search for hidden treasure, Pirate Week is the perfect way to end your summer with a bang.

Mascot Birthday Party

August 16

Come celebrate Lil’ Buc’s Birthday Party on August 16 at OC Waterpark. Starting at noon, join us for a fun-filled celebration with Lil’ Buc and some of his mascot friends from local businesses. Enjoy cake, sing Happy Birthday, and take photos with all the mascots!

There will also be fun activities like balloon making and glitter tattoos to keep the party going. Come join the celebration and make some unforgettable memories with Lil’ Buc and friends!

Hawaiian Luau Party

August 21

Say Aloha to summer at our Hawaiian Luau Party on August 21. This will be our final event of the season, a perfect way to send off the summer with one last tropical bash at OC Waterpark.
